Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods Finality

Due to the nature of digital software and source code, all sales are final once the download has started or the License Key has been revealed. Digital products cannot be "returned," hence they are non-refundable under normal circumstances.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered if: 1) The script is fundamentally non-functional on the advertised PHP version/hosting environment. 2) You have opened a support ticket and we were unable to resolve the technical issue within 7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We do not offer refunds for: Change of mind, lack of technical skills to install the script, local server issues, or if the product does not have a feature that was never advertised in the product description.

4. Disputes & Chargebacks

Opening a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting our support first is a violation of our terms. This will result in an immediate permanent ban and the disabling of all your license keys globally.
