1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Sanjit Store, you agree to be bound by these terms. We provide digital assets including scripts, bots, and source codes. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

2. Licensing & Commercial Use

All items sold are under a specialized license. Free Scripts: Strictly for personal learning; reselling or removing "Powered By" credits is a violation. Paid Scripts: Reselling is permitted ONLY if a Commercial/Reseller License is explicitly attached to your purchase. Scripts protected by our License Key System cannot be bypassed, decoded, or shared.

3. User Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate data during registration. You are responsible for any activity on your account. Zero Tolerance Policy: Sharing account credentials with 3rd party "leak" forums or "nulled" communities will result in an immediate permanent ban without refund and a revocation of all active licenses.

4. Intellectual Property

All source code, designs, and brand content are the exclusive property of Sanjit Chaurasiya. You are buying a 'right to use' (license), not the ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

5. Modification of Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any third-party API changes (like Telegram, WhatsApp, or Google updates) that may affect script functionality.
